IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct IT operations and technical support for production lines during assigned shifts
• Coordinate technical support teams and resources to guarantee uninterrupted production
• Manage IT fixed assets, including computers, printers, telephony, and mobile devices throughout their lifecycle
• Oversee IT supply chain activities, including equipment procurement, spare parts, maintenance contracts, and vendor relations
• Manage SAP processes related to inventory, billing, and accounts payable
• Handle incident containment and escalation to the NOC (Network Operations Center)
• Administer and track IT projects and maintain technical support schedules (7x24)

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in IT
• Proficiency in SAP
• Experience in Asset Management and Supply Chain processes
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders and vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive industry standards such as Lean Manufacturing and SQDCM
• Familiarity with OEA/CTPAT standards
