- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience based on level
- Knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD IT environments
- Familiarity with enterprise IT tools and platforms
