IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support streaming equipment, including encoders, scanners, and desktop systems, to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage incoming IT support requests and maintain critical infrastructure such as Dealer Modules, Access Points, and Switches.
• Collaborate with development, audio-visual, and security teams to test new applications and ensure network functionality.
• Manage operational encoders and media servers to ensure smooth broadcasting for live studio tables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, replacing equipment as needed to meet SLA guidelines.
• Maintain workstation configurations, user access, and internal IT procedures.
• Oversee IT inventory, conduct audits, and coordinate with external suppliers to minimize service disruptions.
• Enhance IT infrastructure and safeguard company information through regular hardware and software maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience providing hardware and software support in a technical environment.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems.
• Solid experience with Active Directory management.
• Proven experience in Wi-Fi and network management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in IT support, networking, or operating systems.
• Experience working with streaming and broadcasting equipment.
