IT Specialist 3

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for low-code, no-code, CRM, and workflow automation delivery
• Establish standards for application design, data structure, and role-based access
• Build and configure applications using approved business application platforms
• Translate department requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Lead user acceptance testing and document results
• Partner with training teams to convert technical documentation into training materials
• Identify common application patterns to recommend reusable components

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business administration, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience configuring low-code, no-code, CRM, or workflow automation platforms
• Working knowledge of low-code/no-code business application platforms
• Ability to configure forms, reports, dashboards, and automations
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Must be a City of Philadelphia resident within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
• Experience with AI-assisted application builders or AI CRM tools
• Experience with data imports, exports, formulas, and APIs
• Experience working with public-sector departments
