IT Solutions Specialist - Productivity Applications

Responsibilities

• Provide 4th level support for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 service components
• Deliver level three and four support for non-Microsoft productivity products
• Take ownership of selected services and manage them through their full service lifecycle
• Develop long-term strategies and continual service improvements for productivity applications
• Proactively monitor the Microsoft roadmap to stay informed of upcoming service changes
• Ensure all activities comply with company standards, policies, and change control processes

Requirements

• Proven experience working within an IT Applications team
• Strong understanding of IT Applications support models
• Deep expertise in Office 365 components, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business
• Experience with Office 365 Groups and the Office 365 tenant
• Practical experience with IT service management (ITSM) processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an IT Applications team within a multinational organization
• Microsoft Office 365 MVP status or relevant Microsoft IT certifications (MCSA/MCSE)
• Professional certifications such as ITIL V4 Foundation or PRINCE2 Foundation
• Academic background in a relevant field (BE, B Tech, or MCA)
• Skills in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Application Development
