IT Solutions Intern

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents to automate internal processes such as request handling, documentation generation, and information analysis
• Work with platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Vertex AI, and Gemini Enterprise
• Design scalable and reusable solutions focused on operational efficiency
• Integrate AI APIs and cloud services, and design effective conversational flows and prompts
• Present results, progress, and recommendations to the Digital Transformation team

Requirements

• Currently studying Systems, IT, Data Science, Software, Analytics, or technology-focused Business/Finance degrees
• Expected graduation date of June 2027 or later
• Availability to work 6 hours daily (Monday to Friday) for a duration of 1 year
• Must be of legal age
• Experience or knowledge in AI agent development (chatbots and intelligent assistants)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Vertex AI, or Gemini Enterprise
• Skills in prompt engineering and conversational flow design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI API integration and process automation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly
