IT Software Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
• Drive technical excellence, code quality, and engineering best practices across the team
• Ensure on-time delivery through effective planning, tracking, and risk management
• Work closely with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions and contribute to the product roadmap
• Facilitate and evolve Agile/Scrum practices, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives
• Provide architectural guidance and participate in key technical decisions
• Promote the adoption of modern technologies and an open-source contribution mindset

Requirements

• Significant experience in building and developing applications and services
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and distributed systems
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and product-oriented thinking
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, TypeScript, and Gitlab
• Experience working effectively with global, multi-time-zone teams
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in a product-driven environment
• Experience with the Vue framework
