IT Software Quality Engineering - MOS & Freight – Large-Scale Test Manager (Including Custom Build)

Responsibilities

• Define and own the programme-wide test strategy covering IMOS core configuration, custom-built functionality, system, integration, regression, UAT, and non-functional testing.
• Establish test governance, entry/exit criteria, acceptance standards, and go/no-go decision points.
• Lead large-scale UAT in collaboration with vendor test managers and business focal points across chartering, voyage execution, and freight economics.
• Ensure custom-built functionality integrates seamlessly with the IMOS ecosystem and behaves as intended under real operational conditions.
• Oversee defect triage and prioritisation, focusing on issues impacting freight economics and operational execution.
• Support cutover planning and provide evidence-based recommendations for go-live readiness and hypercare transition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on large, complex trading, logistics, or shipping programmes.
• Extensive knowledge of freight/shipping operations and experience with IMOS.
• Experience leading UAT, SIT, and non-functional testing across multiple systems and user groups.
• Demonstrated experience testing custom-built functionality alongside vendor platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge design from a risk and testability perspective.
