IT Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize IT infrastructure including servers, networks, telecommunications, and mobile devices
• Manage and provide expert support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order processing systems
• Ensure reliability of cold chain technology and temperature monitoring systems
• Lead IT projects related to system upgrades, automation, and process improvements
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and external service providers
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive IT experience, preferably in fulfillment, warehouse, or food distribution
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware (PCs, scanners, printers, mobile devices)
• Experience managing WMS and ERP systems
• Understanding of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches)
• Proficiency in Windows Server environments and virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with Android OS devices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled environments
• Experience with Pick-to-Light or similar fulfillment technologies
• Knowledge of SQL and database management
• Experience with automation technologies and data analytics tools
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, PMP, or ITIL
