IT Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT representative at the Site Business table and manage the relationship between IT and the Site Leadership team.
• Plan, deliver, and support strategic technology imperatives and capabilities at the St. Albans facility.
• Communicate Enterprise IT programs to business partners and collaborate with IT Solution Delivery and COEs to plan capabilities.
• Manage the IT budget and human resources assigned to deliver new capabilities.
• Ensure value realization of capabilities and maintain compliance with IT Center of Excellence policies and guidelines.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to identify new technology opportunities and develop programs to meet business goals.
• Maintain the compliant state of GMP electronic systems with support from IT Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4 years of experience in Business Process.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
• Ability to work onsite at the St. Albans, Vermont facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Business Relationship Management.
• Experience implementing automation solutions such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP, Quality Systems, Serialization, or Plant Automation.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills across diverse organizational levels.
