IT Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the site IT team to ensure high-quality support for plant operations
• Align plant IT processes with global standards and the divisional IT strategy
• Oversee all aspects of Industrial Manufacturing Systems (IMS), including budgeting, planning, and compliance
• Ensure stable IT service delivery and cyber security compliance meeting defined performance metrics
• Manage and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Serve as the primary liaison between plant leadership and the IT organization
• Maintain a strong on-floor presence to assess operational needs and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Proven team leadership and project management capabilities
• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute plans aligned with business objectives
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean and/or Performance Excellence manufacturing techniques
• Familiarity with modern data technologies such as Power BI, Snowflake, Data Lake, or Databricks
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning applications
