Since 2003, we have built comprehensive expertise in all areas of IT, specializing in infrastructure, service management, engineering, migration, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for end users regarding IT issues, particularly hardware (clients, smartphones), error analysis, and troubleshooting
- Implement and support local IT business requirements in coordination with central IT structures to ensure uniform standards
- Maintain documentation of local IT infrastructure and support the operation and implementation of changes (network, firewalls, servers, media technology)
- Coordinate and communicate changes with critical local operational areas, acting as a test coordinator for business-critical changes
- Provide technical support for production-related IT applications and services (e.g., telephony, MES systems, MIS, LMS, LIMS, and laboratory systems)
- Coordinate and participate in group-wide IT strategy projects and lifecycle measures
- Set up and manage user accounts and access rights and document support cases in the ticketing system
- Perform hardware exchanges, upgrades, and participate in IT rollouts and migrations
Requirements
- Completed training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, network technologies, and common IT hardware
- Experience in IT support, ideally in a production or onsite environment
- Customer-oriented, team player, and strong communication skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Willingness for occasional business travel and flexible working hours
- Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
- Current police clearance certificate (not older than 3 months) required
