IT Service/Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations and support teams, including Service Desk and Technical Support groups
• Maintain operational integrity of technologies and services for international projects
• Manage IT Facilities within company data centers or external client/cloud environments
• Ensure compliance with internal and external SLAs and OLAs
• Coordinate ITIL Service Operation Processes such as incident and event management
• Partner with development teams to implement ITIL processes in product design
• Utilize Service Management tools and generate operational status reports
• Resolve conflicts and remove operational obstacles

Requirements

• University degree in an IT-related field
• ITIL Foundation Certification or higher
• Excellent command of English
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Service/Operations management
• Experience with Agile procedures and software deployment frameworks
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Samanage

Preferred Qualifications

• DevOps certification
• Certification in Agile Methodologies
• Certification in Project Management methodologies
• Over 10 years of IT Service/Operations management experience
