IT Service Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT service processes aligned with industry standards and bank objectives.
• Communicate process changes and improvements to stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adherence.
• Develop KPIs and analyze data from various sources to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery processes.
• Collaborate with technology teams to assess capabilities and align service delivery with regulatory requirements.
• Create detailed documentation of IT service management processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
• Provide training and education to IT staff and stakeholders on new or revised processes and best practices.
• Identify and manage risk and control issues pertaining to technology standards and processes.

Requirements

• In-depth technical knowledge and experience in IT service management.
• Thorough understanding of IT service management principles and concepts.
• Proven experience in process development and implementation.
• Ability to develop KPIs and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
• Experience in risk and control management within a technology environment.
• Strong ability to guide and persuade team members and communicate complex information.
