IT Service & Operation Administrator

Responsibilities

• Initial processing and qualification of IT requests (priority, difficulty, criticality)
• Coordination of solution finding and documentation
• Setup and configuration of hardware and software
• Execution of maintenance work
• Planning, management, and coordination of small IT projects
• Creation and updating of internal documentation
• Potential for leadership, project management, or training tasks

Requirements

• Completed IT training or degree with an IT focus
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Broad generalist IT knowledge
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented way of working
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ideally experience in hospital IT and Dedalus Orbis
