About the role
Responsibilities
- Initial processing and qualification of IT requests (priority, difficulty, criticality)
- Coordination of solution finding and documentation
- Setup and configuration of hardware and software
- Execution of maintenance work
- Planning, management, and coordination of small IT projects
- Creation and updating of internal documentation
- Potential for leadership, project management, or training tasks
Requirements
- Completed IT training or degree with an IT focus
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Broad generalist IT knowledge
- Structured, independent, and service-oriented way of working
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ideally experience in hospital IT and Dedalus Orbis
