About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide First-Level Support and manage daily service requests via the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex requests to Second-Level Support
  • Manage and organize local server rooms and IT equipment storage
  • Procure and set up IT hardware including laptops, desktops, and printers
  • Support and maintain local conference room equipment
  • Coordinate third-party providers for on-site support
  • Act as "Remote Eyes & Hands" for global IT teams regarding cybersecurity tasks like patching and malware incidents
  • Contribute to corporate architecture by defining standards
  • Troubleshoot local servers and networks (WLAN/LAN/WAN)

Requirements

  • Completed IT training or comparable experience
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity
  • High service orientation and diplomatic approach
  • Very good German and English language skills
