About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide First-Level Support and manage daily service requests via the ticketing system
- Escalate complex requests to Second-Level Support
- Manage and organize local server rooms and IT equipment storage
- Procure and set up IT hardware including laptops, desktops, and printers
- Support and maintain local conference room equipment
- Coordinate third-party providers for on-site support
- Act as "Remote Eyes & Hands" for global IT teams regarding cybersecurity tasks like patching and malware incidents
- Contribute to corporate architecture by defining standards
- Troubleshoot local servers and networks (WLAN/LAN/WAN)
Requirements
- Completed IT training or comparable experience
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity
- High service orientation and diplomatic approach
- Very good German and English language skills
