IT Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical contact for PACS systems for new and existing customers
• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support regarding PACS, image management, and connected interfaces
• Independently implement customer projects including installation, configuration, testing, and technical documentation
• Analyze customer and user requirements to develop tailored technical solutions
• Configure and adapt interfaces to external systems via remote maintenance
• Implement and support applications and their integration within the radiological environment
• Collaborate closely with customers, external system manufacturers, and the internal development department

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree with an IT focus or in the medical field
• Experience in IT support, ideally within a medical environment
• High technical affinity and ability to learn new software and hardware quickly
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills
• Very good German language skills and good English skills
