Responsibilities
- Receive and manage service or support requests from employees and information system users
- Provide telephone and remote support regarding IT and telecommunications equipment for end users
- Resolve issues related to Windows 10, Office 365, applications, iOS/Android, etc.
Requirements
- Degree in IT or Telecommunications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to manage and support client applications on Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing computers and peripherals (printers, scanners, phones, tablets)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, O365, Windows Desktop OS, Windows Server, and Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, routing, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and Firewalls
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours or shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP
- Relevant professional certifications
