IT Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet business requirements and SLAs
• Develop and implement service delivery standards and processes
• Monitor and report on the performance of IT services
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs
• Handle customer complaints and issues related to IT services
• Manage and resolve critical incidents and service requests
• Act as the first escalation point for support calls
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in IT service delivery or a similar role
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management principles
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Strong communication and customer service skills
