About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet business requirements and SLAs
- Develop and implement service delivery standards and processes
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT services
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Handle customer complaints and issues related to IT services
- Manage and resolve critical incidents and service requests
- Act as the first escalation point for support calls
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in IT service delivery or a similar role
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management principles
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
