IT Service Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in SAM operations, specifically focusing on SAP enterprise software licensing and compliance.
• Produce Effective License Positions (ELPs) for SAP and advise on complex licensing topics.
• Navigate and leverage SAP tools including SAP4Me, LAW, and USSM to manage self-declaration metrics.
• Provide cost transparency for software contracts and ensure fair charge allocation to Business Units and Service owners.
• Identify and drive initiatives to achieve software-related savings and mitigate compliance risks.
• Play a key role in complex software contract negotiations, liaising with external vendors, legal, and sourcing teams.
• Support day-to-day activities of the global SAM team and maintain a strong stakeholder community.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in SAM operations and in-depth knowledge of SAP licensing concepts, including indirect usage rules and product use rights.
• Hands-on experience with SAP measurement tools such as LAW and USSM.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex data in a global organizational environment.
• High level of financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
