IT Service Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to attorneys and staff regarding computer systems, software, and equipment
• Assist users with Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Windows 10, and network technology
• Support remote access technologies including Terminal Services, VPN, and wireless connectivity
• Troubleshoot legal-specific applications and other software products
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all levels of personnel in a fast-paced environment
• Perform physical installation of equipment, including positioning under desks

Requirements

• 3-4 years of IT-related experience
• Associate's Degree (4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred)
• Proficient command of the English language and standard grammar
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
