IT Service Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to attorneys and staff to ensure efficient use of computer systems and software
• Assist users with daily programs and equipment on an as-needed basis
• Support Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Windows 10, and network technology
• Troubleshoot remote access technologies including Terminal Services, VPN, and wireless connections
• Support legal-specific applications and maintain high levels of customer service
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of IT-related experience
• Associate’s Degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Proficient command of the English language and standard grammar rules
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
