IT Service Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support on-site and manage error logging and analysis
• Support users with diverse IT inquiries, including meeting collaboration and digital tools
• Manage IT hardware through procurement, inventory, installation, and user training
• Escalate complex issues to international teams when necessary
• Participate in IT projects such as rollouts, migrations, site moves, and event support
• Work a 24-hour week, ideally distributed across three full days (Tuesday to Friday)

Requirements

• Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in IT support and using ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Knowledge of network and server infrastructures
• Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English
• Ability to work independently and willingness to travel occasionally
