IT Service Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level on-site IT support and manage technical queries
• Analyze error messages and log technical issues for resolution
• Escalate complex issues to international technical teams as required
• Manage IT hardware lifecycle, including procurement, cataloging, and installation
• Support users with meeting collaboration tools and digital workspace needs
• Participate in IT projects such as system rollouts, migrations, and office moves

Requirements

• Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent experience
• Practical experience in IT support and familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Hands-on knowledge of network and server infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and willingness to undertake occasional business trips
