About the role
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage information technology security systems and complementary tools
- Monitor, review, and analyze security alerts and threats reported by prevention and protection controls
- Investigate, evaluate, and analyze new information security technologies to meet company needs
- Provide technical support to users regarding information security matters
- Develop and document operational procedures and control documentation for managed solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience in the installation and administration of security controls (Firewalls, WAF, Antimalware, Secure Email Gateways, Network Access Control, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems and Database Security
- Proficiency with Cloud environments and Container technologies
- Understanding of information security standards and secure development practices
