IT Security Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CISO to establish governance frameworks and documented security processes
• Develop and enforce IAM procedures including RBAC and onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Manage and optimize the vulnerability management process and remediation planning
• Define and monitor patching standards and schedules
• Provide recommendations for process improvement and identify gaps
• Define and provide annual security awareness training for staff
• Support security incident response by addressing governance or process gaps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• Strong expertise in network technologies (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, switching, VLANs)
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Red Hat
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls
• ITIL certification
• Professional cybersecurity certification (CISM, CISSP, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French
• Experience in creating documentation and governance models
