IT Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies, standards, and procedures
• Monitor and analyze security events, logs, and alerts using tools like Splunk or Sentinel
• Manage user access controls and identity management systems
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and monitor network, system, and application security
• Participate in incident response processes, including investigation, containment, and recovery
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to improve security posture
• Support security awareness training and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Document security configurations, procedures, and technical findings

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT security or related IT roles
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or CEH
