Responsibilities

• Manage Cisco Meraki stack (network segmentation/VLANs) and maintain Firewall rules and perimeter security policies
• Implement and manage VPN and Proxy instances in AWS environments
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of Identity Provider solutions (Okta or Entra ID)
• Manage Windows/macOS devices via Workspace ONE and develop PowerShell/Bash scripts for automation
• Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
• Monitor EDR platforms (Crowdstrike) and support technical controls for SOC 2 and ISO compliance
• Provide L3 advanced technical support for complex infrastructure, server, and cloud issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in infrastructure, information security, and network device administration
• Ability to document processes and create technical manuals
• Proactive approach to developing automations for routine tasks
• Excellent communication skills for technical escalation and team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in networks (Cisco Meraki) and Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, MDM asset management, and EDR tools
• CCNA or AWS certifications
• Experience with IAM projects, Python, or Containers
