IT Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of EntraID, including management of native accounts, groups, roles, and applications
• Administer Active Directory across multiple domains and environments
• Assist with Identity & Access Management (IAM) workflows and directory-related operations
• Perform routine tasks, basic troubleshooting, and service request handling
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
• Participate in incident resolution, change activities, and problem management processes
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Technical Support
• Foundational understanding of EntraID and Active Directory
• Hands-on exposure to PowerShell
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in a relevant IT field
• Basic understanding of Windows Server environments
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment
