IT Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and operate DFIR tools and the corresponding infrastructure
• Handle initial response to security incidents, including digital forensics and post-incident risk mitigation
• Develop monitoring and scanning tools to detect vulnerabilities and automate recurring tasks using Python
• Analyze and process security alerts within company systems
• Create and maintain incident response playbooks
• Monitor current threats and zero-day vulnerabilities to implement preventive measures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Incident Response security
• Background in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or IT Operations
• Experience in Blue Teaming or digital forensics, specifically in cloud-native environments
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language for task automation
• Strong familiarity with Linux and SIEM systems
• Experience managing Web Application Firewalls (WAF), ideally Cloudflare
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical content to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as SANS/GIAC, OffSec OSIR, or HackTheBox/TryHackMe Incident Response challenges
• Knowledge of Laravel or PHP
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Terraform or Terragrunt
