IT Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Enable effective team collaboration by fostering a high-performing, transparent working environment
• Support delivery execution by reinforcing objectives and maintaining alignment to agreed priorities
• Facilitate work readiness by helping translate priorities into clear, actionable backlog items
• Support capacity planning and estimation practices to enable realistic team commitments
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and impediments, and proactively work to resolve blockers
• Support stakeholder communication through delivery visibility, status reporting, and expectation management
• Assist with deployment readiness, go-live coordination, and post-launch stabilization

Requirements

• Knowledge of Agile and iterative delivery practices
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to monitor progress, identify impediments, and escalate issues appropriately

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting technology delivery or Agile teams in an enterprise environment
• Experience using delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
