IT School Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 2nd and 3rd line IT support across multiple school sites in Central London
• Maintain core infrastructure and perform routine maintenance of hardware and network services
• Resolve technical incidents for staff and students through onsite and remote support
• Support wider technology initiatives and transformation projects to enhance teaching and learning
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including hardware and software inventories

Requirements

• Proven experience in 1st or 2nd line IT support
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Intune
• Experience managing Apple devices, including iPads and MacBooks
• Proficiency with Jamf management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, user-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a school or similar educational setting
• ITIL certification
• JAMF 100 or 200 certifications
• CompTIA qualifications (A+, Network+, or Security+)
