As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) services to over 200 clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients using commercial management tools and implement prospecting strategies
- Detect, define, and analyze prospect or client needs and identify decision-making processes
- Collaborate with relevant departments (Pre-sales, Operations, Marketing) to present adapted commercial offers
- Negotiate prices, deadlines, quantities, and contract elements with clients
- Participate in contract signing
- Develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships with clients
- Maintain and update commercial reporting
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (Business or Engineering School)
- Ideally 1 year of experience in prospecting and selling complex services or solutions to large accounts
- Enthusiastic, tenacious, and results-oriented
- Strong team player
- Autonomous, rigorous, and good listening skills
- English proficiency and knowledge of IT outsourcing is a plus
