IT Risk Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define, update, and oversee the Technology Risk framework including policies, standards, and methodologies
• Maintain risk metrics such as KRIs and RAS for governing bodies
• Lead regulatory reports and committee presentations on Technology and Cybersecurity Risk
• Coordinate responses to regulatory/audit requests and major technology incidents
• Review and challenge first-line DRP design, testing, and BIA technology dependencies
• Challenge technology risk assessments for new products and architectures
• Design IT Third-Party Risk frameworks and oversee control testing quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Risk Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT Risk Management
• In-depth knowledge of IT and cybersecurity risk management concepts and methods
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Understanding of cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers like AWS
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including supply chain risks, cryptography, and API security
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fintech sector
• Master's degree
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO27001
