IT Risk and Security Engineer - Governance & Administration

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM projects and assist in managing teams tasked with providing core IAM services.
• Define IAM project requirements for processes, workflows, and report definitions.
• Develop documentation, subject training, and knowledge materials regarding Entitlement Management and Access Recertification.
• Evaluate existing processes, tools, and services to suggest improvements that reduce risk and enhance user experience.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Access Recertification, Request, and Reporting services.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and interact with senior management on strategic approaches.
• Support the IAM Governance Manager in overseeing on-shore and off-shore IAM Analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in IT risk, security, or identity management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience with IAM tools such as RSA IGL, Bravura PAM, PlainID, or similar systems.
• Proven experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Deep understanding of Audit & Risk Controls for technology systems.
• Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating them into system requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Information security or audit certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Previous experience working within the Financial Services industry.
