About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead IAM projects and assist in managing teams tasked with providing core IAM services.
- Define IAM project requirements for processes, workflows, and report definitions.
- Develop documentation, subject training, and knowledge materials regarding Entitlement Management and Access Recertification.
- Evaluate existing processes, tools, and services to suggest improvements that reduce risk and enhance user experience.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Access Recertification, Request, and Reporting services.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and interact with senior management on strategic approaches.
- Support the IAM Governance Manager in overseeing on-shore and off-shore IAM Analysts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in IT risk, security, or identity management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience with IAM tools such as RSA IGL, Bravura PAM, PlainID, or similar systems.
- Proven experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Deep understanding of Audit & Risk Controls for technology systems.
- Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating them into system requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Information security or audit certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Previous experience working within the Financial Services industry.
