IT Recruiting - Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing professionals supporting technology hiring across the United States.
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for high-demand areas including Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering.
• Execute executive searches for Directors, Executive Directors, Managing Directors, and other critical leadership roles.
• Partner with Technology Executives and HR Business Partners to translate workforce plans into scalable talent acquisition strategies.
• Deliver market intelligence, compensation insights, and competitor analysis to influence hiring decisions.
• Drive accountability for service levels, hiring outcomes, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total recruitment experience.
• 5+ years of technology-specific recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams.
• Proven experience in a corporate recruitment environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or fintech recruiting.
• Background in executive search firms or retained search.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, cloud, or cybersecurity programs.
• Proficiency with talent intelligence platforms, labor market analytics, and AI recruiting tools.
