About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical skills and job fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and technical panels
- Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong communication
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Generate regular reports on hiring status and recruitment metrics
Requirements
- MBA, preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles such as Java, Python, and DevOps
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
