IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
• Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical skills and job fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and technical panels
• Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong communication
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
• Generate regular reports on hiring status and recruitment metrics

Requirements

• MBA, preferably in Human Resources
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Good understanding of IT technologies and roles such as Java, Python, and DevOps
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
