Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client missions and contexts
• Propose and implement adapted sourcing strategies for targeted profiles
• Identify and engage active and passive talent
• Utilize various tools including social networks, CV databases, email, SMS, and phone calls
• Conduct telephone pre-qualifications and interviews (in-person or video)
• Enhance the candidate experience from initial contact to final decision
• Monitor the integration of employees at client sites
• Perform market intelligence to update recruitment methods and techniques
• Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and job dating

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment specifically within technical assistance
• Strong sourcing and recruitment skills
• Tenacious, energetic, and enthusiastic personality
• Strong interest in the digital and technology sector
