IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for various IT roles
• Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters and set performance targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients
• Collaborate with internal recruiters, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve targets
• Conduct detailed interviews and candidate assessments for technical and cultural fit
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking
• Manage salary discussions and negotiate packages with candidates

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of IT recruitment experience
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Proven ability to manage key client accounts
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficiency in managing internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with recruiting for senior IT roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate candidate profiles and metrics
