About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for various IT roles
- Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters and set performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients
- Collaborate with internal recruiters, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve targets
- Conduct detailed interviews and candidate assessments for technical and cultural fit
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking
- Manage salary discussions and negotiate packages with candidates
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of IT recruitment experience
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage key client accounts
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with recruiting for senior IT roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate candidate profiles and metrics
