IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT technical profiles, including permanent contracts, internships, and apprenticeships.
• Analyze recruitment needs and define requirements in collaboration with operational managers.
• Write and publish attractive job advertisements.
• Define and deploy tailored sourcing strategies and conduct active headhunting.
• Perform telephone pre-qualifications and HR interviews.
• Partner closely with managers to track the recruitment process and participate in contractual negotiations.
• Present job offers to candidates and coordinate with the administrative team for contract implementation.

Requirements

• Higher education degree from a business school or university.
• Proven experience as a recruiter.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong interpersonal and business skills with the ability to advise and challenge decision-makers.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
