IT Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for software licenses and physical IT devices
• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) with approved vendors
• Manage license renewals and enterprise software subscriptions
• Analyze demand using IT asset management tools to forecast hardware and software needs
• Monitor order progress and provide updates on delivery schedules and costs
• Recommend optimizations for IT procurement processes and update SOPs
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and data security protocols
• Partner with IT Security and Systems teams for hardware and software compatibility

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Familiarity with software licensing and hardware sourcing
• Understanding of IT asset management and lifecycle planning
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and IT asset management tools
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT or Business preferred
