Responsibilities
- Provide personalized technical assistance to clients based on specific needs
- Perform equipment checks and resolve technical issues quickly
- Offer exceptional customer service by guiding users on equipment usage
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, collaborating with other teams when necessary
- Provide basic training to users on equipment and software usage
- Effectively manage and prioritize assistance requests
- Maintain detailed intervention reports and suggest service improvements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in proximity support
- Excellent interpersonal and welcoming skills
- Rigorous approach to following existing procedures
- Collaborative and motivated team player
- Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory for travel across Île-de-France and other regions
