About the role
About the Company
GMED is the only French notified body and an international reference for evaluating the conformity of medical devices (MD) according to applicable regulations. We certify quality management systems (QMS) for medical device manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the management of IT projects related to GMED Connect
- Collect and formalize functional requirements
- Coordinate with business and technical teams
- Monitor projects including planning, deliverables, indicators, and risks
- Provide functional support for business applications
- Process and follow up on user tickets at a specialized level
- Analyze and resolve incidents autonomously
- Document procedures and solutions
- Participate in the continuous improvement of tools and processes
Requirements
- Currently a student in an engineering school or Master's in IT / Information Systems (Bac+4/5)
- Seeking an apprenticeship (1 or 2 years) starting December 2026
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in project management
- Strong interest in project management
- Conversational and written English proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, reactive, and able to manage priorities
- Autonomous and rigorous approach
- Strong sense of service and teamwork
