Responsibilities

• Lead fixed-price IT development projects from scoping to production deployment
• Ensure operational project follow-up regarding costs, deadlines, and quality
• Act as the primary daily contact for clients to build long-term trust
• Collect and formalize functional and technical requirements with business teams and architects
• Plan and coordinate activities for development, integration, and testing teams
• Guarantee compliance with software development processes and quality best practices
• Manage validation, acceptance, and production deployment phases
• Identify and monitor project risks, escalating alerts and proposing action plans
• Lead project follow-up meetings and operational committees
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methods

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management
• Proven experience managing fixed-price projects
• Proficiency in software development processes and application lifecycles
• Experience in industrial, energy, or critical infrastructure environments is appreciated
• Knowledge of industrial supervision/SCADA environments is a strong plus
• Understanding of industrial system and network architectures
• Knowledge of electricity or energy systems is a significant asset
