Responsibilities
- Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously from conception to production and maintenance
- Coordinate development teams and internal/external stakeholders while respecting deadlines and budgets
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical specifications meet client needs
- Manage projects integrating artificial intelligence components in collaboration with AI experts
- Analyze client needs to propose adapted solutions and maintain strong relationships
- Prioritize tasks based on strategic objectives and client expectations
- Perform testing using the methodology: Test, Analyze, Quantify, Qualify
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and project management
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Mastery of project management concepts and tools (Jira, Trello, or ClickUp)
- Knowledge of software development and AI solution integration
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to solve complex problems with an innovative mindset
