About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot multiple IT projects simultaneously from conception to production and maintenance
- Ensure project follow-up, respecting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
- Coordinate development teams and internal/external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure understanding of client specifications
- Manage projects integrating artificial intelligence components in collaboration with AI experts
- Analyze and understand client needs to propose adapted solutions
- Prioritize tasks and projects based on strategic objectives
- Perform testing using the methodology: Test, Analyze, Quantify, Qualify
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, project management, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and project management
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Mastery of project management concepts and tools (Jira, Trello, or ClickUp)
- Knowledge of software development and AI solution integration
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and lead teams
