IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple, concurrent IT projects for CorpIT and DevSecOps in adherence with organizational guidelines and governance
• Gather, analyze, and manage incoming IT change requests from various departments
• Oversee the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring proper evaluation, risk assessment, and approval of systemic changes
• Act as the primary liaison between policy authors (CorpRes and InfoSec) and technical implementers
• Deconstruct complex security and corporate requirements into prioritized, actionable technical projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, or Corporate IT environments
• Strong understanding of Change, Release, and Project Management processes (ITILv4 or PRINCE2 preferred)
• Proficiency with Jira and Jira Service Desk
• Advanced documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, structured, and auditable project artifacts
• Ability to translate policy requirements into technical execution and communicate constraints to senior leadership
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for the defence sector

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional fluency in both German and English
