IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Independent introduction of modules including organizational preparation and implementation
• Coordination of stakeholders and resources, including organizing internal meetings and involving key users
• Management of tasks, information, and testing processes
• Delegation and tracking of tasks and coordination of required data
• Organization and evaluation of tests with feedback to program management
• Early reporting of blockers and escalation of resource or decision-making issues

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or completed training in a commercial or IT field
• Initial project management experience in digitalization projects
• Familiarity with project planning and project management tools
• Experience with IT system structures and application systems, ideally hospital information systems (KIS)
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and analytical skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
