IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Scoping and defining project needs
• Developing project schedules and budgets
• Leading technical and functional teams
• Facilitating project and steering committees
• Managing risks and monitoring key performance indicators
• Coordinating stakeholders including business units, IT, and providers
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong skills in budget and schedule management
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, SAFe), hybrid, or V-model methodologies
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications
