IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT project delivery across software development, system implementation, and digital platform projects
• Coordinate project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks
• Work with business users, internal teams, vendors, and external partners to align requirements
• Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs
• Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication across project teams
• Identify project risks and support mitigation plans
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and plans
• Support vendor-related activities including requirement coordination and proposal reviews
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or technology delivery
• Experience supporting software development or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with SDLC and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with both technical and business teams
• Good English communication skills
